Privacy Policy

1.1. Performance by the User of actions involving use of the Platform constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the Policy.

1.2. The Policy applies to all information that the Operator may obtain about visitors to the Platform.

2.1. Personal data means any information relating to a User of the website https://daltyn.kz.

2.2. Processing of personal data means any action performed with personal data.

2.3. User means any visitor to the website https://daltyn.kz.

2.4. Cross-border transfer of personal data means the transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state, to an authority of a foreign state, a foreign individual or a foreign legal entity.

2.5. Platform means the website https://daltyn.kz through which Project Initiators publish information about their projects and Investors obtain access to that information for the purpose of making investments.

2.6. Other terms are used in the meaning defined in the User Agreement.

3.1. From the Project Initiator: contact details (full name, telephone number, email address), information about the legal entity or individual entrepreneur (name, BIN/IIN, address, constituent documents), and information about the project (description of the business, financial figures, financial model, cost estimates, permits, photo and video materials of the site).

3.2. From the Investor: contact details, information about the organisation and investment preferences, and information about applications submitted to participate in a project, including the amount of the proposed investment.

3.3. Automatically: technical data about visits (IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referral source, including advertising tags) — to the extent described in Section 13.

4.1. Users' personal data are processed for the purposes of providing services in a high-quality and secure manner when visiting or registering on the Platform, verifying the materials and contact details provided, publishing projects in the catalogue, organising interaction between the Project Initiator and the Investor, promoting projects among Investors, and analysing the effectiveness of the Platform's advertising.

5.1. Projects are published in the Platform's catalogue. The Operator may restrict access to the catalogue or to individual sections of it, including by making it available only to registered and verified Users, at certain stages of the Platform's operation.

5.2. Documents containing personal data, trade secrets or other confidential information (financial model, agreements, permits, constituent documents) are not published in open access and are provided only to Investors who have been granted access to the Deal Room for the relevant Project.

6.1. When an application is submitted, the Project Initiator's business description and attached materials are processed by an artificial-intelligence-based assistant that helps prepare the project materials. The Operator's staff review what has been prepared, and the project is published in the catalogue only after that review.

7.1. If the parties have agreed on on-site filming, the Operator's representatives visit the Project Initiator's site and take photos and videos. The resulting materials are posted on the Platform and are used solely to present the project to Investors.

7.2. Filming is carried out only with the consent of the Project Initiator.

8.1. When an Investor submits an application to participate in a Project, the Project Initiator sees in the Personal Account anonymised information about the Investor: the investor type (for example, «family office», «fund»), an indicative amount range and the stage of interaction.

8.2. The Investor's name, company name and contact details are disclosed to the Initiator only with the Investor's consent — as a rule, when a Deal Room is opened or in the course of negotiations arranged by the Operator.

9.1. To ensure the operation of the Platform, the Operator may engage third parties providing hosting, technical support, messaging, payment and banking services, and other services necessary for the functioning of the Platform.

9.2. At the stage of structuring and closing a deal, the Operator may transfer the necessary documents and information to lawyers and accountants engaged by one or both parties to the deal.

10.1. The Operator complies with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on cross-border transfer of personal data and transfers Users' data outside Kazakhstan only where this is necessary for the operation of the Platform — for example, to present a project to Investors from other countries or when using cloud services physically located abroad.

10.2. Data are stored and transferred using secure technologies regardless of where they are located.

11.1. The Operator applies organisational and technical measures to protect personal data against unlawful access, alteration, disclosure or destruction, including transmission of data over a secure protocol (HTTPS/TLS). The Platform does not store passwords: sign-in is by one-time codes, and session keys are stored only as cryptographic hashes.

11.2. The User undertakes not to give third parties access to their account, or to the email and telephone used for sign-in.

11.3. When processing personal data, the Operator ensures their confidentiality.

12.1. The Operator processes a User's personal data if the User has filled in and/or submitted them through the forms on the website https://daltyn.kz. By sending their data to the Operator, the User expresses consent to this Policy.

12.2. The User independently decides whether to provide personal data and gives consent freely, of their own will and in their own interest.

13.1. The Platform uses cookies — small files stored in the User's browser.

13.2. Necessary cookies ensure the operation of the Platform and cannot be disabled: the session cookie (sign-in to the Personal Account), the selected-language cookie and the selected-registration-scenario cookie.

13.3. Analytics cookies record the source of the first visit to the Platform (including UTM advertising tags) for up to 30 days so that the Operator can assess the effectiveness of advertising. They are not used to identify the User outside the Platform.

13.4. If third-party advertising and analytics services (for example, Meta, Google, LinkedIn) are connected, the corresponding cookies and pixels are set to the extent necessary to measure advertising campaigns; the list of such services is reflected in this Section.

13.5. The User may delete or block cookies in the browser settings; if necessary cookies are blocked, signing in to the Personal Account will not be possible.

14.1. Personal data are stored for as long as the User has an account or an application is active, and for the period necessary to comply with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Upon expiry of these periods, the data are deleted or anonymised.

14.2. The User may request information about the processing of their data, its correction or deletion, and may withdraw consent to processing, by sending a letter to info@daltyn-invest.com. Withdrawal of consent may make further use of the Platform impossible.

15.1. The Operator and other persons who have obtained access to personal data must not disclose them to third parties or disseminate them without the consent of the personal data subject, unless otherwise provided by law.

16.1. The User may obtain any clarification on matters relating to the processing of their personal data by contacting the Operator at info@daltyn-invest.com.

16.2. All changes to the Policy are reflected on this page. The Policy remains in effect indefinitely until it is replaced by a new version.
